How about adding a QR code to the last slide of your presentation? Your audience scans the QR code with their phones, and all of your slides will pull up in a "view only" display!  No need to waste paper with handouts.

STEPS:

  1. While editing a design, scroll to the bottom of the left menu until you see "More" (three dots). Click the three dots.
  2. Scroll down until you see the QR Code app icon. Click on it, then "Add."
  3. Now the "app" will be easily available to you on the left menu.
  4. To add a QR code to your presentation, first get the "View-only link" from the upper right "share" menu. Copy the link.
  5. Now click on the QR code app on the far left menu.
  6. Paste your "view-only" link and then click "Generate QR code."
  7. Canva will paste your new QR code into your slide.
  8. Simply resize, drag to position, and edit the slide as necessary.
  9. During your presentation, ask your audience to scan the QR code with their phones, and your slides will appear!
