The computer classroom may be used by School of Medicine faculty and full-time medical or graduate students enrolled in School of Medicine programs.
The computer classroom is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can the computer classroom be reserved?
The computer classroom can be reserved for curriculum-based classes, faculty development and continuing medical education programs, guest speaker programs, and library programs. A School of Medicine faculty or staff member must make the reservations. Students are NOT allowed to reserve the room.
Students may request use of the computer classroom when needed for small group presentations or collaborative computing projects.
A weekly reservation schedule is posted outside the door of the computer classroom.
What other regulations do I need to know about?
All requests for use of the computer classroom should be directed to the Head of Access Services during business hours.
The computer classroom will only be available during business hours.
Turn off the bulb for the overhead projector if not in use.
If you disconnect any cables, you MUST re-connect them before leaving the computer classroom.
You MUST make sure all equipment is turned off before leaving the computer classroom.
The room must be kept neat and all trash must be removed before leaving.
