The classroom may be used by School of Medicine faculty and full-time medical or graduate students enrolled in School of Medicine programs.
The classroom is available on a first-come, first-served basis to groups of 2 or more. A single person may use the classroom but will need to give up the room if a group is waiting to use it.
The door will remain unlocked.
Can the classroom be reserved?
The classroom can be reserved for curriculum-based classes, faculty development and continuing medical education programs, guest speaker programs, and library programs. A School of Medicine faculty or staff member must make the reservations. Students are NOT allowed to reserve the room.
A weekly reservation schedule is posted outside the door of the classroom.
What other regulations do I need to know about?
Turn off the bulb for the overhead projector if not in use.
If you disconnect any cables, you MUST re-connect them before leaving the classroom.
Please turn off the lights when leaving the classroom.
The room must be kept neat and all trash must be removed before leaving.
