The School of Medicine now has access to Scopus, a large citation and abstract database with a variety of metric and analytical tools. Scopus covers thousands of journals, books, and conference proceedings from more than 5,000 publishers. Subjects covered include health sciences, social sciences, physical sciences and social sciences (with overlap with MEDLINE and Embase).
A key strength of Scopus is the analytical tools and metrics available at a variety of levels - author, article, journal, and organization - to help measure research impact. Visit the Scopus LibGuide to learn more about this database or check out some of the Scopus tutorials on our Tutorials page.
You can access Scopus from the “Popular Resources” area on our homepage and in our A-Z Databases list. Access to this resource is provided by the University Libraries.
