You have one week to stabilize all of your patients for transfer out of the ICU or send them home on hospice by advancing their Goals of Care. Watch out! Each day, your patients' Diagnoses and Complications will make them sicker, adding tokens representing injury to different organ systems in the body. You'll use Therapies and bring Specialists into the unit to treat your patients, removing these injuries. Your team wins by stabilizing your patients - clearing all the injury tokens - or by advancing their Goals of Care track to send them home. Everyone loses if a patient dies in a Code Blue.
