This project was a collaboration with the Autism Academy of South Carolina (now the Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment) a not-for-profit organization offering individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy (ABA) to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. During this project, librarians conducted a "Quality Health Information Resources" training session, which covered MedlinePlus, the Center for Disability Resources Library, and the InfoAble Portal. Project funds were used to purchase six workstations for the computer lab at the Autism Academy of SC.
This project has been funded in whole or in part with Federal funds from the National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, under Contract No. HHS-N-276-2011-00004-C with the University of Maryland Baltimore.
