The Thursday college student/early adult support group is a safe, welcoming space open to anyone who is in college or are young adults, alumni and community members. Participation in the groups is online and there is no cost to attend.

Bring your own art supplies and “Create Your Story” through art journaling. It is your art journal and your time to express yourself through art in any way you choose. Hang out and make art in a relaxed, fun virtual environment with your fellow EDF members. Must be at least 18 years old to attend.

This group requires that participants be in solid recovery and behavior free for a minimum of 2 years.

This support group is ideal for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and gender non-conforming individuals at least 18 years old to discuss struggles with disordered eating, body image, and identity.

This support group is ideal for individuals at least 18 years of age who identify as trans+, gender nonconforming, intersex, and gender diverse, struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body dysmorphia and body image.

The Wednesday LGBTQ+ group is for those who identify anywhere within the LGBTQ+ community. The Trans+ & Nonbinary support group is specifically for those who identify as trans+, gender nonconforming, intersex, and gender diverse. Those wanting to join the Trans+ & Nonbinary support group are also welcome to join the Wednesday LGBTQ+ group.

The virtual LGBTQ+ Midday Eating Disorder Support Group is an opportunity for ERC alumni and community members to receive midday support within a safe space for those who identify as a part of the LGBTQ+ community. This group is open to anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+ and that is seeking eating disorder recovery & body image support. We will provide peer support for the unique challenges that individuals in this group may be facing. This support group is open to adult community members and ERC Pathlight alumni over 18 years of age.
As we listen and learn what our community needs through these trying times, this support group is intended as a closed space designated for people from communities of color where attendees can feel supported without having to explain themselves. This peer support group will provide support for the unique mental health challenges that individuals in this group may be facing. This support group will be run weekly, on an ongoing basis. Join fellow ERC Eating Disorder alumni for support, education, and connection in navigating the twists and turns of recovery. Participation in the groups is online and there is no cost to attend. Participants are asked to commit to attending for six weeks to make full use of the group, and you can start at any time. This support group is open to adult alumni and community members over 18 years of age. The Virtual Midday Eating Disorder Support Group is an opportunity for alumni and community members to receive midday support in a virtual group setting. This group is open to anyone seeking eating disorder (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating and other disordered eating issues) recovery support. This support group is open to adult ERC Binge Eating Disorder alumni over 18 years of age. Join fellow ERC Binge Eating Disorder alumni for support, education, and connection in navigating the twists and turns of recovery. Participation in the groups is online and there is no cost to attend. Participants are asked to commit to attending for six weeks to make full use of the group, and you can start at any time. This support group is open to adult alumni and community members over 18 years of age. For the privacy of our attendees, we do not allow observers.
At ERC | Pathlight, we are offering a support group and safe space for college students/early adults to come together and talk about what’s going on. Topics discussed will include general mental health coping skills, ways to cope during transition and change, food and health anxiety and mindfulness skills. This group is open to anyone – alumni and community members. Please note, the group is a supplemental support and is not a replacement for levels of care, therapy, or medical advice.

Every other Friday at noon, PST (2PM CST & 3PM EST).This group is intended for those actively experiencing an eating disorder or in recovery from an eating disorder.
This group is not intended for family, friends, or providers as this may change the dynamic and safety of the group.
While people of all motivation levels are welcome, our discussion is pro-recovery, pro-treatment, and HAES-aligned.

Through Project HEAL's partnership with Clinician’s Incubator, you may apply for free, weekly, virtual, meal support. Meal support sessions are live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals creating a safe space for those at an outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery to consume nutrition with extra support. All meal support sessions are facilitated by nutrition practitioners within the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are in process of obtaining their CNS certification. A CNS certification requires a graduate degree, extensive supervision and board approval and is an advanced nutrition credential eligible for licensure in most states.

The caregiver group is open to parents, spouses, roommates, and others in the position of providing support to someone navigating an eating disorder. Each group is completely FREE and 75 minutes in duration.

The Friends & Family Support Group is designed for loved ones only (ages 12+, with a guardian). This group provides friends and family with the space to both give and receive support to one another, while also learning how to best support their loved one.

We know first-hand how important it is to have support while your loved ones is experiencing an eating disorder. We also know just how necessary it is to have support if you suffer the unimaginable loss of a loved one to this insidious disease.

This support group is open to adult family, caregiver and support persons over 18 years of age, with child or adolescent loved ones in treatment or recovery. Join fellow caregivers and family members who are supporting a child or adolescent with an eating disorder! This weekly virtual support group is a great way to connect with others, receive support and get resources about eating disorders. Participation in the group is online, free, and open to anyone supporting a child/adolescent with an eating disorder. Participants can attend as often as they would like with no pressure to attend group every time. Please note, the group is a supplemental support for families, and it is not a replacement for eating disorder treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

This support group is open to adult family, caregiver and support persons over 18 years of age with adult loved ones in treatment or recovery. Join fellow caregivers and family members for a weekly Internet Support Group offering support, education about eating disorders, and connection with other individuals with shared experiences. Participation in the group is online, free, and open to anyone supporting someone with an eating disorder. Participants can attend as often as they would like with no pressure to attend group every time. A four week commitment is encouraged. The sibling group is open to those 15 years of age and older who have a sibling navigating an eating disorder.
