This LibGuide serves as a planning resource for the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Strategic Planning Process.
The planning process will result in the adoption and implementation of a five year strategic plan for the SOM by end of 2016. The strategic planning process is forward facing, envisioning our future in 2021. We have four focus areas for the strategic planning efforts:
The Steering Committee will oversee the SOM Strategic Planning Process, work with the co-chairs of the four subcommittees, and help to integrate input from the four focus areas.
